dissolve magazine was a self-funded, self-actualized project aimed at shining a light on the various urban creative scenes around north america.

Dissolve Magazine highlighted the artists’ processes in their various media, putting what was once behind the scenes on the same level of importance as the finished works themselves.

before the printed magazine materialized, dissolve magazine was a web blog, where entries were published every few months with the same goals and vision that birthed the printed magazine, only scaled down for more intimate installments.

where it all began was clothing and printed designs. with a creative background heavily rooted in screen printing and all things diy, i set out to represent the creative world that propelled me onto my lifelong journey with illustration and design.
